Funeral Goods and Services

Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff and Overhead

A graveside service is held at the cemetery.  We have a tent, chairs, artificial grass, a speaker podium, bottled water, tables, and a PA system (microphone and speaker) available.  When the funeral service is at the funeral home chapel or a church, we will typically go in procession to the cemetery, where a committal service is held. 

Preparation of the Body

While the law generally does not mandate embalming, it may be necessary if you choose certain services for your loved one, such as an open-casket viewing. To help you honor them exactly as you wish, our care and preparation services encompass embalming, climate-controlled refrigeration, bathing, dressing, cosmetic care, and placement in the casket.

Use of Facilities and Staff

Services in this category cover the spaces and support you need to gather with family and friends. This includes the use of our welcoming facilities for viewings, visitations, or funeral ceremonies, as well as the dedicated presence and guidance of our staff during these events—whether you choose to hold them here at our home or at an outside venue.

Transportation

Services in this category cover the gentle and respectful transfer of your loved one into our care, as well as the use of our funeral vehicles for ceremonies, processions, and family transport.

Forwarding Remains to another Funeral Home

Items in this category may include services associated with the pick-up, handling, and transport of the deceased.

Receiving Remains from another Funeral Home 

This category encompasses the compassionate services involved in bringing your loved one into our care. It covers the respectful receipt, gentle preparation, and safe transportation of the deceased throughout the funeral process.

Immediate Burial

Services in this category cover the respectful process of bringing your loved one into our care. This includes their gentle transfer and transportation, climate-controlled sheltering, the use of our funeral vehicles, and the dedicated support of our staff.

Caskets

To help you find the most fitting tribute for your loved one, we offer a wide selection of caskets and alternative containers. We will gladly provide you with a comprehensive, detailed price list when you visit us at our funeral home.

Outer Burial Containers

To protect your loved one's casket and support the earth around it, outer burial containers are crafted from durable materials like concrete, metal, or wood. We will gladly share a comprehensive price list with you when you visit our home.

Direct Cremation

For those choosing a simpler path, this category covers the essential elements needed for a direct cremation. This includes the crematory fees, gentle transportation, climate-controlled sheltering, a dignified cremation container, and the compassionate guidance of our staff.

Urns 

We carry a beautifully diverse collection of urns to serve as a lasting resting place. Please feel free to call us or stop by to explore the options we have available.

Other 

We offer a variety of other meaningful merchandise and services to help you personalize your farewell. Depending on location and availability, we can also arrange thoughtful touches like light catering and ceremonial white dove releases.
