Alicia Aida Lange, Maiden name (Martinez) , better know to her family as "Tota", was born on April 19, 1931, in Argentina, peacefully passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 92 in Pomona, CALIFORNIA. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. Alicia, the third of four sisters, was known for her strength, humor, and adventurous spirit.

She had a colorful life journey, growing up on a farm in Cañada de Gomez, Argentina, living in Buenos Aires, with a small stent in New Zealand, moving to New York and Miami, Florida and eventually settling in California. Where she gained her American citizenship in 1983. As an immigrant to the United States, Alicia worked as a switchboard operator in a New York hotel, a technician at Bulova watch company, a nanny for many children, and a hostess at the Soup Exchange. She was a talented artist, specializing in oil painting and sketching pin-up style models.

Alicia was a multilingual individual, fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian. She was a welcoming and outgoing person who loved cooking, baking, and spending time with friends and family. She adored animals and enjoyed sharing her stories with others.

She is survived by her daughter Diana Lange, granddaughter Alexis Sims, and sisters Carmen and Amelia Martinez. Alicia was preceded in death by her sister Pilar Martínez, mother Felisa Ucar-Ojer, and father Casto Martínez.

Alicia's life will be celebrated at the Rock of Faith Church in Ontario, CA, on April 6, 2024, at 10:30 am. The So Cal Funerals in Ontario is assisting with the funeral arrangements.

Alicia Aida Lange will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
